液氣分離器可將陸地和海上油田井流分離成油、氣、水三相，容器尺寸依工藝要求而定。YQ系列液氣分離器是朋惠公司設(shè)計開發(fā)的置換氣侵鉆井液的專用設(shè)備。液氣分離器主要是除去泥漿中含有直徑約大于φ3～φ25mm的大氣泡，這些氣體使鉆井液的比重、粘度發(fā)生了較大的偏離，不能滿足鉆井的需求，如果氣侵嚴(yán)重時還可能會引起井涌、甚至發(fā)生井噴事故。

1、從氣液分離器底部排出泥漿和液體，調(diào)節(jié)液體的工作液位，并在分液器中提供一定的液位。這樣，固相不會堆積在分離器中。

2、分離和排出泥漿系統(tǒng)內(nèi)大量的游離氣體，包括有毒氣體，比如硫化氫。

3、在分離器中，有專門的管道，可以快速的去除氣體，提高了處理效率。

4、被分離出的氣體通過放噴管路排往井場安全區(qū)放噴燃燒。

5、氣液分離技術(shù)將離心分離與物理沖擊分離以及真空分離相結(jié)合，保證了分離效率。

6、在用于供應(yīng)液體的彎管上，安裝減震器，涂有耐腐蝕放腐層，在處理有腐蝕性氣體時，可延長使用壽命。

YQ1000 liquid-gas separator

The liquid-gas separator can separate the well flow in the onshore and offshore oil fields into oil, gas and water. YQ series liquid and gas separator is a special equipment designed and developed by bonghui company to replace the gas drilling fluid. The liquid-gas separator is mainly to remove the large bubbles in the mud with a diameter of about 3 ~ 25mm. These gases cause a large deviation in the weight and viscosity of the drilling fluid, which cannot meet the needs of drilling. If the gas penetration is serious, it may cause a well kick or even a blowout.

1. Discharge mud and liquid from the bottom of the gas-liquid separator, adjust the working liquid level of the liquid, and provide a certain level of liquid in the separator. In this way, the solid phase will not accumulate in the separator.

2. Separation and discharge of large quantities of free gases in the mud system, including toxic gases, such as hydrogen sulfide.

3. In the separator, there is a special pipe, which can quickly remove the gas and improve the treatment efficiency.

4. The separated gas is discharged to the safe area of the well site through the discharge nozzle.

5. Gas-liquid separation technology combines centrifugal separation with physical shock separation and vacuum separation to ensure separation efficiency.

6, for the supply of liquid on the bend, install shock absorber, coated with corrosion resistant corrosion layer, in the treatment of corrosive gases, can extend the service life.
